Toragesic - Ketorolac belongs to the group of medications called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It is used for the short-term treatment (5 to 7 days) of acute pain associated with injuries, dental problems or procedures, and after surgery or giving birth. The injectable form of this medication is used for no longer than 2 days to treat moderate to severe pain. Ketorolac relieves pain and reduces swelling and inflammation by reducing a substance in the body that leads to inflammation and pain.
